When that fat old sun in the sky is fallin'...

I've had a song running around in my head for a day or two. It took me a while to place it, but finally I remembered it's Pink floyd, from Atom Heart Mother. I still have the original vinyl (yes, I am that old).

I thought I'd make a treasury picturing the song, and while I'm waiting for my old treasury to expire, I'll share it with my favourite blog-readers. (Yes, that'll be you!)

*STOP PRESS* Treasury is here! but as you know, quick or you'll miss it!

Can you match each pic to its place in the song? (Clicking on the picture will enlarge it)

When that fat old sun in the sky is falling
Summer evenin' birds are calling
Summer's Sunday and a year
The sound of music in my ears
Distant bells
New mown grass smells so sweet
By the river holding hands
Roll me up and lay me down

And if you see
Don't make a sound
Pick your feet up off the ground
And if you hear as the warm night falls
The silver sound from a time so strange
Sing to me
Sing to me

When that fat old sun in the sky is falling
Summer evenin' birds are calling
Children's laughter in my ears
The last sunlight disappears
And if you see
Don't make a sound
Pick your feet up off the ground
And if you hear as the warm night falls
The silver sound from a time so strange
Sing to me
Sing to me
