If you're an Etsy Treasury addict like me, you may have heard of BNRs. It stands for "Buy aNd Replace", and the basic premise is that you start with a treasury, and anyone who wishes to be in the treasury can buy something from somebody featured - their own item then replaces the item from the shop with a sale!
Sounds simple...but I have a feeling I'm going to be exhausted keeping track of who's bought what from whom...!
