If you're an Etsy Treasury addict like me, you may have heard of BNRs. It stands for "Buy aNd Replace", and the basic premise is that you start with a treasury, and anyone who wishes to be in the treasury can buy something from somebody featured - their own item then replaces the item from the shop with a sale!
Sounds simple...but I have a feeling I'm going to be exhausted keeping track of who's bought what from whom...!

first sale has been made, and the switch has taken place. sadly the treasury went pretty much straight to page 72 so we haven't had as much visibility as I'd have liked...
