What's your workspace like?

A little while ago my friend Cherie blogged about her workspace.

She challenged me to share a pic of my own workspace - it's not *quite* in the same league, but one of the joys of knitting is that I can do it anywhere!

That "thing" you are resting your feet on looks very comfy :o)

I have just posted some pictures of the messy workspaces in my home! I agree that knitting is wonderfully portable though!

I should post pics of my studio on a regular basis. Maybe I would be motivated to keep things more organized.

yes, loving your footrest! mine would look a little like that, but with a tv instead of a computer, and a pile of laundry to the side, and of course a big tail of horsehair...no meerkat...will work on it.

Looks cozy and makes me want to do more hand work. Now, if you could just get him to rub your feet while you knit...he'd be automatically granted sainthood.

I work in a similar environment.

But I have stripy toe socks instead of slippers.

Oh the hardships!

Thank you Charlotte - I suppose it's pretty much impossible for you, as a potter, to work on the sofa!

I wish I could get my foot rest to sit still long enough, sigh!

Wow, Nifty, quite a cozy work area you have there. Major portability too.
